Today im doing my second christmas tutorial which is a "festive party look"
perfect for this party season.

Remember if you have a any requests/questions or want me to review any products leave a comment below or sent me a email :)
also theres only a week left till my giveaway closes so dont forget to enter if you want to win :)
ok so lets gets started:

        EYES:

Step 1:Prime lids as always :) to help your eyeshadows stick and prevent any creasing! your look will last all day!
Step 2: Apply a gold shadow on your top lid and inner half of bottom lids i used Macs 'gorgeous gold '   Step 3:
Next apply a taupe colour to the outer corners of your lids and blend out with a blending brush
(Tip: only use a small amout of colour and build the colour up gradually to avoid the eyeshadow looking muddy or cakey
Step 4:  Bring the tope colour down to the outer half of your lower lid
Step 5: Line your top lid using a black shadow rather than using a pencil or liquid liner it doesnt look as harsh curl your lashes and apply mascara
Step 6: Then take a gold liquid liner mines from avon and dab the liner on your tear ducts and smudge out with your ring finger
this is opitional but it will brighten up the look
Step 7: using a gold glitter liner line your top lids to add sparkle!

FACE:
  • Moisturise and prime your face I use smashbox oil free primer its pricey but it works wonders its oil free and makes my face feel really soft and it keeps my foundation on all day.
  • Apply your foundation using a flat foundation brush or clean sponge and apply in outward strokes to avoid tide lines and blend in well to avoid orange lines on hairline or jawline ( i used revlons photoready 005 natural beige liquid foundation)
  • Smile and using a light pink blush apply blush on the apples of your cheeks
  • Apply face powder but use it sparingly to much can make your face look paler in pictures and avoid products with a high SPF (SPF reflects light making your face look white in pictures)
  • Next use a red lipstick to finish off the look! red looks amazing this time of year (i used rimmel londons 230 red fever)

ICE QUEEN

Hey girls,
Today im going to do my first christmas tutorial for ye i called it "ice queen" and i was inspired by the cold icy winter days we have been having lately
hope you like :)

WHAT I USED:
  • Revlons colourstay foundation in 150 buff ( I used a colour a shade lighter than what i normally use to give me that fresh/cool appearance)
  • Nyx trio in blue/navy ( I am giving one of these away in my christmas giveaway! link:)
  • Nyx trio in ultra chic
  • Rimmel shimmery white eyeshadow
  • Rimmel white eye liner
  • Avon supershock mascara
  • Avon iced pink lipstick
  • Avon sugar cane lipgloss
  • also i used a sliver glitter liner not shown here

Ok so lets get started!!!

Step 1:
First of all prime your lid
I used nyx white eyeshadow base but any primer will do you could also use a white liner on your lids to give you that white base.

Step 2:
Using a flat shadow brush apply the first 2 colours from the ultra chick palette or any white shadow on your lids all the way up to your brow

Step 3:
Then taking the light blue colour from the blue/navy trio palette apply on the center of your lids blending in well

Step 4:
Taking the navy colour from the same palette apply this on the outer corners of  lid making a V shape
then taking a triangliar foundation sponge like this

Place it on the outer corners of your lower lid pointing upwards continue to apply the navy colour to your lids dont be afraid to get some on the sponge this will help make your line look more intense
then slowly push the sponge upwards so you create a flick !

Step 5:
Apply the navy colour starting on the outer corners of your lower lid and stopping about 3/4 of the way in

Step 6:
Now taking the rimmel shimmery white colour apply to your inner corners and lower lid
you can add some under the brow aswell if you wish to give the look more of a shimmer and icy feel

Step 7:
Line you lower lid using a white liner and line you top lid using a sliver glitter liner
and apply mascara

Step 8:
Apply avons iced pink lipstick and a little bit of lipgloss in the center of your lid
for my blush i used a little bit of the pink lipstick on the balls of my cheeks to give me that icy glow :)

cool blue and purple tutorial

Hey girlys,

Today im going to do a makeup tutorial using coastal scents 88 shimmer and 88 matte palettes
which are available on the coastal scents website click here:

                                    88 matte palette:
1. as always start off by priming your lids
i used urban decays primer potion
priming your lids helps your shadow stick better and prevents creasing so your eyes will look fab all day long :)
2. Apply a cool blue colour on the center of you lids with a shadow brush

                                88 shimmer palette:
3. Using a clean shadow brush apply a dark blue colour on the outer corners of your lids
this colour is very similiar to macs freshwater eyeshadow

4.Then using a blending brush apply the purple colour above your lid colours starting from your outer corner and stopping about 3/4 of the way in

5. Blend your colours but dont blend to much as you dont want to lose the contrast of colours.
you can go back and re touch up the colours if needed!

6. Apply the white colour under your eye brows as a highlight and in your inner corners to brighen up the look and open up your eyes, you could also use a shimmery white eyeshadow on your lower lid

7.Line your upper lid using a black liquid liner and with a black pencil liner line your waterline

8. Clean up any fall out and apply your foundation i used my favourite foundation urban decays mineral powder foundation in supernova

9. i used primarks bronzer and blush duo
it only cost me 50cent and its actually really good it gives you a subtle shimmer and the brush is really soft! im well impressed!
  BARGIN!!!

you can leave your eyes like that or if you want a more dramatic look
you can apply the cool blue colour in the inner corners of your lower lashline the dark blue in the center and the purple on your outer corners
apply false lashes and clear lip gloss and your all done :)

hope this was helpful!!
Dont forget to follow and if you have any requests let me know :)
